Processed at the renowned Ft. Cobb facility in Southwest Oklahoma (the best in the region) our beef boasts abundant marbling that signals superior taste and tenderness. We've graded it comparable to prime to high choice due to that game-changing marbling for unbeatable juiciness and flavor.

Our roasts, brisket, and fajita meat slow-cook into juicy masterpieces, while the ground beef brings rich, beefy flavor to burgers that wow the crowd. Ground Beef

Fresh Ground Beef for maximum flavor and tenderness, this rich blend (we like 80/20) delivers deep beefy notes and superior juiciness for irresistible burgers, meatballs, tacos, chili, meatloaf, or whatever you can dream up! No fillers, no pink goo. Just clean, farm-fresh goodness. We like one-pound packages, but two-pound packages and pre-made patties are available upon request.

Brisket

This king of barbecue cuts boasts incredible fat cap, deep intramuscular marbling, and rich, beefy flavor that transforms into melt-in-your-mouth tenderness after hours of slow smoking or braising. Briskets are cut in half, but you can request a whole Brisket if you're purchasing a Half Beef.

Extras

Nutrient-dense treasures from nose-to-tail: Hefty Bones are packed with rich collagen, marrow, and flavor for the most nourishing bone broths imaginable. Organ meats (Liver and Heart) are superfoods loaded with bioavailable nutrients. Upon special request, Soup Bones, Dog, Bones, and Organ Meats may be available. Liver, Heart, and/or Tongue can be prepared whole, sliced, or added to Ground Beef. Whole and Half Beef Buyers get priority.
